Our story
From Bologna to Girona

Nonna’s notebook
Livia arrived in Girona in 2010 with one suitcase and her grandmother’s recipe notebook. She opened a twelve-table dining room in the Old Quarter; she still cooks from the same flour-stained pages today.

Fresh pasta every morning
By eight we’re already kneading: durum wheat semolina, free-range eggs from the Empordà and patience. Every pasta is cut by hand on the day it reaches your plate.

The fire in the oven
Our dough rests for 48 hours and bakes in ninety seconds at 450 °C over holm-oak wood. That’s why it’s light, with a puffy crust and a hint of smoke.
